Each is a three-hour window, not a start time. We arrive inside it and measure for at least an hour. Times are New York.

2 Where should we walk?

We ask so we measure the right place. Nobody is screened on their answer: an address, an intersection, or a sentence all work.

Cancel free up to one day ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours we can't cancel; we're already scheduled around it.
Your report within one working day of the walk.
Where we walk: mainland Brooklyn, Queens on the G, and Manhattan, roughly an hour from Crown Heights.
If we have to move your time, which is rare, we offer you a nearby window and a full refund if that doesn't work.
Your readings stay yours. We do not publish or sell the readings from your walk, and your address never appears on the public map as a walk. We do fold the measurements into our models, and publish aggregated statistics from them.
